- Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders: Shipping within India is free of charge. No additional shipping charges will be collected from the customer.
International Orders: International shipping charges will be applicable as per the India Post international shipping tariff and will be borne by the customer. - Customs Duties & Taxes
International shipping charges do not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or destination/handling charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities or postal service.
Such charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer. The amount may vary depending on the destination country and its applicable laws and regulations. Since these charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities, NiLE-X cannot confirm or estimate the exact amount in advance. - Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to severe weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or carrier/service disruptions. We will assist with tracking your order; however, delays beyond our control may extend the estimated delivery time. - Lost or Damaged Shipments

For damaged or incorrect orders, please provide clear photographs of the package and product to help us investigate and resolve the issue. - Address Accuracy
