All product prices displayed on the NiLE-X website will generally be stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

- ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

7.PAYMENT & RAZORPAY
Online payments on the NiLE-X website are processed through Razorpay.
By completing a payment, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment processing is carried out through the applicable payment service provider and may be subject to its terms, security procedures, and privacy practices.
NiLE-X does not intentionally store complete sensitive payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVV numbers, PINs, or similar confidential payment authentication information on its own website.
If your payment fails, remains pending, is reversed, or is not successfully received, your order may not be processed until payment is successfully confirmed.
If an amount has been debited from your account but your order has not been successfully confirmed, please contact hello.nilex@gmail.com with the relevant order or transaction details so that we can assist in checking the status.
8.SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
Tracking information will be shared after dispatch where tracking is available.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping service, carrier, postal conditions, and other circumstances. Delays may occur because of severe weather, public holidays, high order volumes, carrier or postal disruptions, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
NiLE-X will reasonably assist customers with tracking and delivery-related enquiries. However, where a delay is caused by a carrier, postal service, customs authority, or other external circumstance beyond our reasonable control, the actual delivery time may exceed the estimated timeframe.

9.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
NiLE-X may offer international delivery to selected destinations.
International shipping charges will be applicable according to the applicable India Post international shipping tariff and will be borne by the customer.
International shipping charges do not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, customs clearance charges, postal handling fees, or other destination-country charges that may be imposed by the relevant authorities or postal service.
Such charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. The amount may vary depending on the destination country and its applicable laws and regulations. Since these charges are determined by the destination authorities, NiLE-X cannot confirm or estimate the exact amount in advance.
Customers placing international orders are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country.
10.CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation of an order before dispatch by contacting hello.nilex@gmail.com with the relevant order details.
A cancellation initiated by the customer after dispatch may attract a ₹50 cancellation charge, subject to applicable law and the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be restricted.
11.RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
